Instead, the telephony service is delivered from NTA that houses the physical system, which is software driven within various datacentres where service is then supplied to the customer’s premises via an internet connection such as ADSL, SOGEA & FTTP or via a Leased Line. IP telephony is fantastic for organisations that have very little in terms of local infrastructure and provides them with the ability to fix or cap their monthly costs due to charges usually being based on how many handsets/seats are required. You choose how many extensions you require and then what handsets you need, or call us on 0345 512 0285 with that information and leave the rest to us.  Our terms are payment on receipt of invoice, by BACS or DD (via GoCardless). The DD is taken approximately 5-7 working days from date of invoice.  Should you wish for a 30 day credit account, please contact us as we have a very stringent criteria in allowing these and payment by DD is the only option.
